Temporary Closure of Closed Stack Room for Renovation of Electric Stacks
The University Library will carry out renovation work on the electric stacks
in the B1 closed stack room as follows.
The closed stack room will be unavailable during the renovation period.
We apologize for any inconvenience and kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation.
1 Details of Renovation Work
- Items to be renovated: Electric stacks in the right block of the closed stack room
(control systems and lighting equipment)
- Period of Work: Wednesday, December 10, 2025 - Wednesday, December 17, 2025
- Contractor: ITOKI CORPORATION
2 Access Restrictions and Notices
- Materials and components will be temporarily stored on the floor in front of
the closed stack room during the work period.
For safety reasons, entry to the B1 floor of the library will be prohibited.
- A portion of the books from the electric stacks undergoing renovation
will be temporarily relocated to other shelves in the closed stack room.
- If you wish to use library resources in the closed stack room,
please make an online reservation through "My Library" on the library website in advance.
Library staff will retrieve reserved materials from the closed stack room and
deliver them to you at the library counter or via the reservation lockers.

電動書架更新作業に伴う閉架書庫利用停止のお知らせ
附属図書館では、下記のとおり地下1階・閉架書庫の電動書架更新作業を
実施いたします。作業期間中は、閉架書庫をご利用いただけません。
ご不便をおかけしますが、ご理解とご協力をお願いいたします。
1 作業概要
・更新対象：閉架書庫内 右側ブロックの電動書架（制御装置・照明器具）
・作業期間：2025年12月10日（水）～12月17日（水）
・施工業者：株式会社イトーキ
2 利用制限とお願い
・作業期間中、閉架書庫前の床に部材を仮置きする予定です。
安全確保のため、図書館地下1階への立ち入りを禁止いたします。
・更新対象書架にある資料の一部は、閉架書庫内の別の棚に一時的に移動しています。
・閉架書庫の資料のご利用希望の方は、事前に図書館ホームページの
「マイライブラリ」からオンライン予約をお願いいたします。
予約資料は、図書館員が閉架書庫から取り出し、図書館カウンターまたは
予約貸出ロッカーにてお渡しいたします。
